§ 72.12 DRIVING WITHIN LANES.
All vehicles driving on a roadway which has been clearly marked with traffic lanes shall be driven, as nearly as practicable, entirely within a single lane and shall not be moved out of the lane until the driver has first ascertained that the movement can be made with safety. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
