It shall be unlawful for any person to drive an engine, train, or any motor vehicle over the fire hose or any other equipment of the city or any other Fire Department at any time, or to block a fire fighting apparatus or other equipment from its source of supply regardless of its distance from the fire. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
