§ 72.08 HEADLIGHTS TO BE DIMMED ON LIGHTED STREETS.
   When any motor vehicle is operated on any of the lighted streets within the city in the nighttime, the headlights on the motor vehicle shall be operated on dim lights. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
