§ 66.07 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

Any licensed pawnbroker or person in control of any pawnshop who shall violate or refuse to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, in addition thereto, the license issued therefor shall be declared forfeited by the City Council.
