(A) General Service Standards. The city reserves the right to enforce all relevant service rules and regulations as set forth by federal, state, and local governments. These rules and regulations include, but are not limited to, FCC Customer Service Regulations, as hereafter amended by the FCC, and the city's Rate and Service Regulation Ordinance, as hereafter amended by the city from time to time.
(B) State of the Art Service. As the grantee continues to develop new and innovative services for its customers, grantee will modernize and upgrade services provided to the city so that the services provided to the city reflect the highest standards of service the grantor is able to provide, taking into account the size and needs of the community as well as the costs and benefits to the residents.
