§ 61.021 FRANCHISE RENEWAL. 
   The grantee shall own the cable television system, but shall have no right to use of public rights of way upon the denial of any renewal and exhaustion of all appeals. The city shall grant or deny renewal of the franchise of a grantee in accordance with § 626 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. 546) or other applicable law.
