§ 31.50 ESTABLISHMENT OF CALL FORCE.
   The Chief is authorized to recruit an auxiliary Call Force of up to 25 citizens and train these citizens in the proper manner to aid the regular firefighters in an emergency. These Call Force members may be compensated for training and fire service as provided by the City Council.
