§ 92.010 HEIGHT AND DENSITY; EXCEPTION.
   No building shall hereafter be erected or altered so as to exceed the height limit, or to exceed the density regulations of this chapter for the district in which it is located. However, the height limitations of this chapter shall not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas and domes not intended for human occupancy, monuments, water towers, observation towers, transmission towers, chimneys, smokestacks, conveyors, flag poles, radio towers, television towers, masts, aerials, and similar structures, except as otherwise provided in the vicinity of airports.
