No building or land shall hereafter be used or occupied and no building or structure or part thereof shall be erected, moved, or structurally altered except in conformity with the regulations of this chapter, or amendments thereto, for the district in which it is located. However, in any district defined in this chapter it shall be lawful to place temporarily a trailer on the site of construction for use as an office of the builder, during the construction period only, of any building or structure permitted in the district upon first securing from the Building Inspector a permit to place the trailer temporarily on the site.
