§ 31.15 BURNING TRASH OUTSIDE FIRE LIMITS.
   Trash or rubbish shall not be burned on any private lot outside the fire limits except by permit issued by the Fire Department and must meet provisions set forth by the Fire Department at the issuance of the permit. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
