§ 31.10 TAMPERING WITH HYDRANTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, except those designated by the city, to operate or tamper with any fire hydrant, valve, or any other implement owned by the city and operated by the Water and Sewer Department. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
