§ 31.04 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR FIRE SUPPRESSION.
   Any member of the Fire Department, or any person acting under the orders of the Chief, shall have the right to go on the premises of any person, and to enter any building or room for the purpose of suppressing any hostile fire.
§ 31.05 CALLING ASSISTANCE OF CITIZENS AT FIRES.
   During the continuance of any fire, the Chief and each member of the Fire Department shall have the power to call on any person to assist in extinguishing the fire, or in removing any goods, wares, merchandise, or furniture from any building on fire, or in danger, to some place of safety. No person shall fail to obey any order given for this purpose. It shall be the duty of any able-bodied male person present at any fire at the command of the Chief, to assist the firemen in managing the hose or other equipment, or to perform any reasonable service looking toward the prevention or extinguishing of the fire.

§ 31.06 LOITERING NEAR FIRES.
   No person shall stand or be in any street, alley, or square at which or near which a fire is in progress, in such a way as to interfere with the duties of the Fire Department. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.

§ 31.07 INTERFERING WITH FIREMEN OR APPARATUS.
   No person shall interfere with a fireman in the discharge of his duty or hinder him in the performance of his duty. No person, other than members of the Fire Department, shall loiter about any fire station, or change, handle, or meddle in any manner with any fire engine or any other fire apparatus. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
