§ 31.04 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR FIRE SUPPRESSION.
   Any member of the Fire Department, or any person acting under the orders of the Chief, shall have the right to go on the premises of any person, and to enter any building or room for the purpose of suppressing any hostile fire.
