§ 52.09 NOTICES.
   In the event a customer has reason to believe or that the customer's private water system has contaminated or polluted the public water system the customer shall notify the City of Albemarle Public Utilities Department immediately. The City of Albemarle will take immediate steps to isolate the area of contamination.
