(A) All garbage, rubbish, and household rubbish collected by the contractor shall be moved to a sanitary landfill as per § 50.37(C) and in approved, enclosed vehicles.
(B) If an emergency arises in connection with the disposal operations, the contractor may, with the authorization of the Town Council, dispose of collected garbage and refuse in a manner agreed upon between the contractor and the Town Council.
