(A) The contractor shall provide all the necessary and proper equipment to collect, haul, and dispose of all garbage and rubbish collected according to these specifications and as defined by this chapter of the town.
(B) The contractor shall provide all the employees necessary to collect, haul, and dispose of all garbage and rubbish collected according to these specifications.
(C) The contractor shall haul to a sanitary landfill of his or her own choice, the nature and operation of which must comply with the rules and regulations of the Indiana State Board of Health.
(D) The name of the contractor and the truck number of each piece of equipment operated by the contractor in the performance of the services described herein shall be conspicuously displayed on each piece of equipment in letters and numbers of not less than three inches in height and in compliance with any other applicable ordinance of the town or other law or regulation.
