(A) The Town Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals and to waive defects or irregularities in any bid proposal. In particular, any alteration, erasure or interlineation of the bid proposal or the contract document shall render the bid proposal or contract document irregular and subject to rejection by the Board.
(B) The Town Council expressly reserves to itself the right to judge the experience, capability and financial resources of the bidders to successfully perform a contract as bid and when found unsatisfactory to reject the bid.
