§ 50.04 DUMPSTERS.
   (A)   Residents of the town shall have the ability to use the dumpsters provided by the town free of charge.
   (B)   Non-residents of the town shall not be allowed the use of the dumpsters provided by the town.
   (C)   Individuals using the dumpsters provided by the town shall show proof of residency through a valid driver’s license and/or recent utility bill.
