§ 50.03 INSPECTIONS.
   The Town Council shall designate a town employee as inspector to investigate complaints of missed garbage or rubbish pick-ups. The contractor shall check with the town office weekly. If the missed units are not picked up the following day after being reported and confirmed by the inspector, the inspector shall be authorized, upon good cause, to levy a fine or penalty of $5 against the contractor per pick-up or unit missed, the same to be paid or credited at the next succeeding pay date following notice thereof.
