(A) No person, other than those authorized by the town, shall enter into a town facility not generally open to the public. Such facilities include, but are in no way limited to, maintenance buildings, water and sewer facilities, waste water treatment facilities, and any areas within the fencing surrounding a water tower.
(B) Any field or repair work sites will be restricted to town employees only and not generally open to the public. These areas will be denoted by being roped or cordoned off with cones and tape.
(C) Any person violating this section shall be considered to be trespassing in violation of the law and may also be fined according to § 10.99 of the Code of Ordinances.
