For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SIGN. Any structure or device designed or intended to attract attention and convey information to the public in pointed, written or pictorial form. SIGNS include, but are not limited to, billboards, business, free standing, banners, advertising, real estate and portable temporary signs.
