(A) A truck shall be any vehicle with a combined length of 19 feet or a vehicle that weighs and/or is licensed to carry over 26,000 pounds, as evidenced by its gross vehicle weight when loaded or unloaded.
(B) Except for local deliveries, no truck traffic shall be permitted on State Street from Mississinewa Avenue to Dowden Avenue.
(C) The town shall post a sign as to the restriction of truck traffic on State Street.
(D) Any person that violates any provision of this section shall be fined the sum of $100.
