§ 34.05 EMPLOYEE BUILDING USE POLICY.
   (A)   Employees are to restrict their occupancy of town buildings to no more than one-half hour before and one-half hour after their regular scheduled work hours. Exceptions to this policy are granted to employees required to work normal functions at non-standard work times, department heads, police and firemen, and when emergency work is required to maintain utility services.
   (B)   Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action.
