§ 34.02 PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES.
    All prospective employees must meet the following qualifications:
   (A)   The town's preference is that applicants file a completed application form and be interviewed. Any misstatements or misrepresentations made on the application may result in dismissal of the employee;
   (B)   Furnish us with a current telephone number where you can be contacted;
   (C)   Possess a current appropriate driver's license;
   (D)   Upon being accepted for a position, the prospective employee will be required to have a physical exam prior to starting work. The town will pay for the physical;
   (E)   Pass a drug test specified by the town and to be paid by the town; and
   (F)   New employees will serve a 90-day probation period. At the end of the probation period, the employee's performance will be reviewed to determine if the employee meets the requirements for the position.
      (1)   All employees, while on 90 days probation, shall be eligible for employee benefits from the date of hire.
      (2)   If an employee is terminated before the 90 day probation period ends, any clothing allowance, PERF, health insurance, which he has used, shall be refunded to the town by deduction from the employee's final pay.
