(A) The town shall provide collection services for large refuse items that are not "garbage", "household rubbish" or "rubbish" items as defined in Ord. 1977-16.
(B) Individuals shall contact the town municipal office to request that the town collect the large refuse items from their residence or business prior to setting the large refuse item out for collection.
(C) Individuals shall be charged a fee for having the town collect the large refuse item. This charge is in addition to the fee that is paid for the collection of garbage, household rubbish and rubbish.
(D) The town shall determine the amount of fee to be charged for the collection of the large refuse items. Said fees may be changed from time to time by the Town Council. The current fee schedule shall be kept at the town municipal office and is attached to Ord. 2014-7 and made a part of said ordinance. Individuals shall pay the collection charge prior to having the large refuse item being collected.
(E) In the event that individuals put large refuse items out for collection prior to contacting the town municipal office requesting collection of the same and before paying the collection charges as to the same, the town shall place a notice on the door to the individual's residence and place a notice on the individual's mailbox giving the individual a week to go to the town municipal office to pay the collection charges.
(F) In the event that the individual fails to respond to the notice posted on their door within a week, the town shall pick up the large refuse item the next collection day and shall add the collection charge to the individual's next utility bill.
