The Department of Redevelopment shall be under the control of a board of five voting members to be known as the Redevelopment Commission and said Commission shall be granted all powers and duties as established under the Redevelopment Act. The Redevelopment Commission shall be subject to oversight by the legislative body of the town and shall be subject to the following:
(A) Subject to audit by the state board of accounts under I.C. 5-11;
(B) Covered by I.C. 5-14-1.5 and the Indiana Open Meetings law; and
(C) Covered by I.C. 5-14-3 and the Indiana Open Records law.
