There is hereby established a Department of Redevelopment known as the “Town of Albany Redevelopment Commission" which shall be entitled to exercise all the duties, rights, powers, privileges and immunities accorded to such department pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14 (the "Redevelopment Act").
