(A) Every regular employee is entitled to two personal days per year. Personal days can be granted in increments of one hour or more, up to the maximum two days. After the first six months of employment, employees will be eligible for one personal day. After one full year of employment, employee is eligible for two days per year.
(B) Personal days cannot carry over from one year to the next.
