Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined an amount not exceeding $50 per violation. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall also be responsible for paying all costs and expenses for removing, towing and storing said abandoned vehicle. Each day any portion of this chapter is violated shall constitute a separate offense.
