§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any violation of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be subject to the provision of § 10.99.

   (B)   A parent, guardian or custodian whose child violates the curfew provisions set forth in §§ 130.01 and 130.02 shall be fined:

      (1)   Not less than $50 nor more than $100 plus court costs for that child’s first violation of this provision;

      (2)   Not less than $100 nor more than $200 plus court costs for that child’s second violation of this provision; and

      (3)   Not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 plus court costs for that child’s third violation of this provision, and for each subsequent violation of this provision.
