§ 110.15 DEFINITION.
   (A)   A RUMMAGE SALE is the sale of personal property by an individual or family at their own personal residence or the residence of others for the purpose of the sale of surplus personal property, clothing, or other items belonging to the person commonly known as the homeowner. The sale is only conducted in an area that is zoned as “residential.”
   (B)   RUMMAGE SALE does not include the sale of one motor vehicle by an individual or family at their own personal residence or the residence of others for the purpose of the sale of the motor vehicle.
