§ 96.03 REQUIRED CLEANUP OF CONSUMER FIREWORKS.

No person shall cause the used consumer fireworks products to remain on town property or in the town rights-of-way. Any person who leaves used consumer fireworks products on town property or in the town rights-of-way shall be fined the sum of $50.
