§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   A violation of this chapter may result in the following penalties:
   (A)   A fine in the sum of $50 for the first offense;
   (B)   A fine in the sum of $75 for the second offense;
   (C)   A fine in the sum of $100 for the third or subsequent offenses.
