(A) Whoever violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $10 per violation.
(B) Any person who violates § 94.04(C) shall be fined $100 for the first offense and $200 for each offense thereafter. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during which or on which a violation occurs or continues to occur.
