The Town Council may impose reasonable restrictions on the length of time, method of closure, and extent of the closure from any applicant. The Town Council shall be the sole determiner of the closure of any street or alley in the town. The filing of an application to close a street or alley does not guarantee that the applicant’s request shall be granted by the Town Council. A copy of the application shall be provided to the Albany Emergency Medical Services, Albany/Delaware Township Volunteer Fire Department, and the Albany Police Department.
