§ 93.02 APPLICATION FOR CLOSURE; FEE.
   Any person may apply to the town for the closure of any street or alley. The applicant must submit their request in writing to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town, no less than one week prior to any Town Council meeting. The request must specify the name and address of the person, firm, or entity that is making the request, the name of all streets or alleys that the applicant desires to be closed (or a description of the alley or area to be used by the applicant), the length of time which the applicant is requesting that the road or alley be closed, the purpose of the request, and a telephone number or numbers of a person that may be contacted by the town for emergency questions. A fee of $10 shall accompany each and every application. Governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations shall not be required to pay the permit fees.
