§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person convicted of a violation of §§ 92.15 et seq. shall be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500. A separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
      (2)   Procedure for enforcement of the criminal penalties contained herein shall be governed by I.C. 35-4-32-1 et seq., as it applies to the town, as from time to time amended, and applicable rules of criminal procedure.
      (3)   In addition to any other penalty provided for herein, the town may take such civil action as provided by law, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief, abatement of a nuisance, or imposition of a lien for expenses.
   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 92.25(B) or (C) shall be guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than:
      (1)   A fine in the sum of $125 for the first offense;
      (2)   A fine in the sum of $250 for the second offense;
      (3)   A fine in the sum of $500 for the third or subsequent offenses.
      (4)   Nothing in § 92.25(B) or (C) shall be construed to limit any other rights or actions that may exist in law or in equity.
