§ 91.20 MALICIOUSLY OR MISCHIEVOUSLY INJURING OR KILLING ANIMALS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall maliciously or mischievously injure or kill any animal by means of a deadly weapon or by administering poison or by any other manner.
