§ 91.17 RESISTING OR OBSTRUCTING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF THE ANIMAL POUND.
   No person shall resist or obstruct the Superintendent of the Animal Pound or any employee of the Animal Pound in the exercise of their duties as Superintendent or employee of the Animal Pound.
