§ 91.02 SUPERINTENDENT OF ANIMAL POUND.
   There shall be appointed by the Town Council a Special Deputy Marshal to act as Superintendent of the Animal Pound who shall be responsible for the operation of the Pound and the collection and dispersal of animals housed therein. The Superintendent shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council.
