(A) Each owner of an off road vehicle is required to register their off road vehicle with the town and provide current proof of financial responsibility every two years in order to be able to operate the off road vehicle within the corporate boundaries of the town.
(B) The town shall charge the sum of $20 to register and re-register the off road vehicle with the town. A registration form will be provided and must be kept with the vehicle at all times.
