§ 71.31 FINES.
   Any person violating any provisions of this subchapter shall be subject to the following schedule of fines:
 
First offense
Verbal warning
Second offense
Written warning and parental notification to any person under 18 years of age.
Third offense and subsequent offenses
Up to $50 plus court cost.
