§ 70.02 VEHICLE ACCIDENT REPORT.
   (A)   The Police Department of the town is authorized to furnish upon demand therefor to any person copies of any information or accident reports which it has in its files. If the prosecuting attorney of the county wherein the accident shall advise the Department that the information should not be released to any person, then the Department shall withhold such information until its release is approved by the prosecuting attorney.
   (B)   Before copies of any information or accident reports are made, the Police Department shall collect a $5 fee, which shall be deposited by the Clerk- Treasurer in the Police Department’s Police Continued Education Fund, to be expended at the discretion of the Police Chief for any Department purpose reasonably related to the keeping of accident reports and records or the prevention of street and highway accidents.
   (C)   The Police Department shall charge a fee of $5 per disc, whenever pictures of the accident are requested. Monies to be deposited in the Police Continued Education Fund.
