(A) Any person who shall violate this chapter may be fined in an amount not to exceed $2,500 per violation. Each day that a violation exists shall be considered to be a separate violation.
(B) In the event that the town shall be required to enforce this chapter by seeking to redress in the Circuit Court, the person, firm or entity at which the enforcement action is directed shall pay all costs associated with the enforcement action, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, court costs, witness fees or other costs.
