§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter upon conviction thereof be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
