§ 90.01 PUBLIC MORALS AND CONDUCT.
   (A)   Prohibited acts. No person shall do any of the following acts in the village:
      (1)   Engage in any illegal occupation or business;
      (2)   Be under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs upon any public streets or in any public place in said village;
      (3)   Engage in any indecent, insulting, immoral, or obscene conduct in any street, alley, or other public place;
      (4)   Discharge any firearm or airgun except by written permission of a police officer of said village;
      (5)   Explode any firecrackers except by written permission of the Council of said village;
      (6)   Engage in any window peeping;
      (7)   Jostle or roughly crowd or push any person unnecessarily in any street, alley, or other public place;
      (8)   Loiter in and about any hospital, school, church, public building, street, or alley without sufficient excuse therefor;
      (9)   Make any immoral or obscene exhibition or exposure of his or her person;
      (10)   Print, engrave, write, paint, draw, sell, offer for sale, give away, exhibit, or have in possession for any of said purposes, any obscene, lewd, lascivious, immoral, or indecent book, pamphlet, paper, picture, photograph, image, or representation, or other article of any immoral or indecent nature;
      (11)   Maliciously destroy, deface, damage, or injure any public property or any private property owned by another;
      (12)   Misrepresent his or her financial or physical condition for the purpose of obtaining relief from any person or agency;
      (13)   Accost any person for immoral purposes or endeavor to entice any person into an automobile or other vehicle;
      (14)   Create any disturbance in any public place or at any lawful assembly;
      (15)   Commit any assault or any assault and battery;
      (16)   Make any breach of the peace, either by making any unnecessary loud and disturbing noise or by causing any other public disturbance;
      (17)   Spit upon or otherwise foul or litter any public sidewalk, or any hallway, stairway, or steps in or near any public building or place of worship;
      (18)   Engage for hire in the practice or occupation of fortune telling, mind reading, character reading, or phrenology;
      (19)   Excite any disturbance or contention in any tavern, hotel, manufacturing establishment, or any other business place, or in any public street, alley, park, public building, or at any election or other public meeting where citizens are lawfully and peacefully assembled; and/or
      (20)   Fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer.
   (B)   Prostitution.
      (1)   No person shall engage in prostitution in the village.
      (2)   No person shall consort in a house of prostitution or where lewdness is practiced, encouraged, or allowed.
      (3)   No person shall harbor or keep in or about his or her premises any prostitute or permit any prostitution therein.
