In addition to the provisions of Public Act 74 of 1968, being M.C.L.A. §§ 257.1501 through 257.1518, as above adopted, the following regulations must be followed when operating snowmobiles and ORVs within the village limits:
(A) A snowmobile or ORV, if and when driven on a street to give access to a riding area, must be driven by a licensed driver;
(B) A snowmobile or ORV, if and when driven within the village limits, must obey all traffic regulations;
(C) A snowmobile or ORV, if and when driven within the village limits, must be driven as far to the right of the roadway as possible; and
(D) A snowmobile or ORV, if and when driven within the village limits, must stop at all intersections, whether or not such an intersection is a stop street for vehicular traffic.
