Where density of traffic, protection of life and property, or any hazardous condition makes it advisable, parking may be limited, restricted, and/or prohibited by order of the Village Council or the Village Marshal, and when so regulated such limitation, restriction, and/or prohibition shall be indicated by paint of distinguishing color and/or signs or devices of uniform character indicating the distance, place, and space, and no person shall park a vehicle in violation of such limitation, restriction, and/or prohibition.
