§ 50.42 MISCELLANEOUS.
   (A)   No person shall expectorate in any public place, except into a receptacle provided for that purpose.
   (B)   No person owning, in charge of, or in control of any lavatory or washroom for use of the public, shall provide in or about such lavatory or washroom any towel for common use. The term COMMON USE as used in this section shall mean use by more than one person without cleaning.
