Pursuant to the authority granted under § 6.1 of the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act, 2018 Initiated Law 1, § 6.1 M.C.L.A. § 333.27956, Subsection 1, the Village of Alanson hereby completely prohibits any marijuana establishment, as the term is defined in § 3(h) of the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act, 2018 Initiated Law 1, § 3(h), M.C.L.A. § 333.27953(h), within its boundaries.
